Broomsticks and Cauldrons cake is born of my love for the stories of Harry Potter, Hogwarts, and Diagon Alley. My butter pecan cake is topped with a whipped cream soda frosting. The flavor combination is a mix of butterscotch, caramel, vanilla, and toffee. If that isn’t magical enough, I drizzle homemade caramel all over the cake.
